Materials used:
Frozen Design
- Paint Pal petal sponge
- Superstar Glitter Silver/White
- Superstar shimmer light blue
- Superstar Cotton Candy shimmer (for cheeks)
- Pearly white cosmetic glitter
- Blazin Brush 3/4” Long Angled brush
- White, light blue & dark blue one-stroke cake (mine is homemade)
- Snowflake Stencil (I used a PBA85 stencil)
- Finger dauber loaded with DFX white
- Blazin Brush #3 Round brush
- Linework white (I used DFX)
- Disposable makeup applicator
- Superstar Snow petrol / Ziva blue mix (for lips)
- Mama Clown Turquoise glitter (to dab on bottom lip)
- Matching Bling (optional) I used bling made with tulip dimensional fabric paint - then brushed latex free eyelash glue “Kiss” to the back to apply
