Sarah Powers, based in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, has been a face painter since 2009. Her favorite event is the Oregon State Fair, which she looks forward to every year. When she’s not creating stunning face painting designs, Sarah is managing a veterinary hospital or exploring national parks in her van, capturing sunsets and nature’s beauty.
