About this Instructor
Monique Fusco-Vugts is from the Netherlands and is the co-founder of the Smile Creators platform. Monique is a passionate face painter and teacher with almost a decade of experience, and is on a mission to improve her skills and that of others! She is also a proud mom of son Mattias and partner of Vito making there little family half Dutch and half Italian.
